How to setup my equalizer?
-
I have a Teac AG-V3050 receiver, and a Pioneer GR-560 equalizer. I'm just wondering what the proper way to install the equalizer is and then how to get the stereo to play music through it so I can actually use the equalizer. And also trying to figure out how to adjust the equalizer to get the fullest potential out of my sound system. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks, Jon

Answer:
Connect red & white cables output from CD player to Equalizer input then other red & white cables output from Equalizer to receiver input.

You should plug the eq into the tape in and out. That how I had mine set up on my Techniques system. To get the sound through the eq, you would need to activate the tape monitor and all sound will go from the tape (eq) to whatever source is playing (active).
