How Do You Use a Sound Equalizer To Maxamize Bass?
-
Im talking about the one on Windows Media Player the 31Hz, 62, 125, 250, 500, 1KHz, 2, 4, 8 16KHz equalizer and i have my computer hooked up to a system and I want the most powerful bass

Answer:
You can't do any real equalization with just 10 bands. 10 band EQ is basically a glorified tone control. Play with the sliders until it sounds good to you. Bass is on the left and treble is on the right. It is best to cut rather than boost. If you want to do some real equalization you need either at least a 20 band EQ or minimum 5 band parametric EQ. 10 bands are simply not precise enough for any real EQing. But they can be a lot of fun to play with.

The sliders to the left control bass. Just slide them up to increase bass.

The equalizer should have presets like bass booster.
