Can I use a PC surround sound system on a PS3?

I have a REALLY nice PC surround system by Logitech. Is there any way I can use some kind of converter, so that I can use it with my PS3... which has an optical / toslink output?

Just Buy a Video Capturing Device with HDMI Input for your PC, Plug in your PS3 on your Computer then use your Extremely Nice Logitech 5.1 Surround System (When you say REALLY nice on a Surround System it means its 5.1 or higher)
