How do you jailbreak for the new redsn0w untethered jailbreak when already jailbroken?

I jailbreak a couple months ago by using the untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.1, so how do you jailbreak for the new redsn0w untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.2? Do I unjailbreak first? Or can I just update my iPhone to 4.2 and then download the redsn0w jailbreak? Please Help!
