I also have a blu-ray player an LG (model #) BD610. I want to know if it supports netflix and if it has wi-fi and, if so how do i connect to it? I also need an activation code to connect to netflix. PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST I GET THE BLU-RAY MANUAL BECAUSE I ALREADY DID AND THERE WAS NO INFORMATION RELATED TO MY ABOVE QUESTIONS ALSO PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT I USE GAME CONSOLES. MY BROTHERS OWNS A PS3 BUT HE USES IT EVERYDAY FOR GAMING ONLY, THANK U

  • Answer:

Neither your TV, nor your Blu Ray player are equipped with Netflix capabilities. But any modern game console is (PS3, XBox360, or Wii).

Sounds like the TV and the Blu Ray player don't support Netflix. You will need a computer or another device (Apple TV for example) to play the Netflix. Maybe you should get the Netflix DVD service instead.

Looks like your blue ray player nor tv has netflix app in it. If you have a laptop, hook it up to tv vga port and run netflix on your laptop. For more convenient way, sell your bd player and buy Roku player (www.roku.com). $50 small device will let you stream netflix with a remote.
