How much would this speaker set up cost?

I recently broke my bf's speaker. Its a logitech z5500. I need to replace it.?

  • I need to replace the speaker i broke, it was the rear right one. Here is the link: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/speakers_audio/home_pc_speakers/devices/224&cl=us,en He told me that i need to find a replacement speaker with the same specs, does anyone know how i would go about doing this? These speakers cost 400, i cant just buy a whole new set for him.

Wow! OK, I'll throw down, too! First off; is the damage Cosmetic or Electronic? Is it both? You didn't tell us! Look, it was an accident! It's partially his fault, too! Why? Because he placed it in such a manner that I'm sure he knew (and was just too lazy to do it right) that something was going to happen to his precious speaker! If the speaker means more to him than you do, (I'm on YOUR side, kid) then you need to sit down with him and evaluate your relationship! If anybody broke something of mine, I would not make a fuss, because if the placement was done in a manner that compromised said unit; I would replace it myself! End of story!

Well the fact that he spent that much on computer speakers implies he has a fairly limited intelligence. They are fairly new speakers though so you might be able to use the warranty somehow. Also, on www.newegg.com the speakers are $300. That's still a chunk of change though.

A system like this is sold all together not separate sorry. I would though call logitech and see if they will sell direct to you a replacement.

look on ebay or if you have a trade center in your area thats your best bet. They have amazing deals. Can't help you with specs. Doesn't your bf know what the specs are???

I would contact Logitech's support to see if they sell the individual satellites.

Buy It on Newegg swap out the broken speaker and send it back. FREE your boyfriends happy but its kind of immoral.
