Does Sony Vegas 9 Platinum Pro have masking?

I'm making an Amv && a friend recommended I get the Sony Vegas 9 Platinum Pro. Although before I can buy it I want to see if it has masking. Please Help.

I does have a mask generator, but if you're wanting to cut it out frame by frame then it doesn't have that. With Platinum you would have to cut it out with photoshop or gimp and then put it in the amv.
