Having Trouble with Bluray Movie.?

I rented a Bluray (Xmen Origins: Wolverine) from Blockbuster tonight. When played it, I got through the menu, advertisements, and the 20th Century Fox logo at the actual beginning of the film, but as soon as the Marvel logo comes up the movie goes all pixilated. Colorful lines and "crunchy" static covers the screen. The audio stays intact but there is no comprehensible video. I returned the video and picked another copy only to have the same exact thing happen. I am now brainstorming trying to find a solution. I played a different bluray with zero issues. I am using HP Media Smart. Any suggestions?
