Digital Tv Tuner Card help ?

i have Digital Set top box ( Dish tv ), and i want to store programmes and videos from Dish tv to my( Desktop ) Hard Disk. i already have analog Tv tuner Card but its not working properly on DIsh tv Connection. so i want to buy DIgital TV Tuner Card so i can directly Capture programmes from Set top box to my hard disk via Tv Tuner card. Kindly suggest me good Digital TV Tuner card. thanks.

I'm not surprised your analog tuner card is not working with Dish Network. A normal ATSC tuner card will not work any better. A satellite tuner is quite different than a tuner in a digital TV or a typical tuner card for a computer. What you want **MAY** exist, but be careful what you ask for as you may get exactly that (and it will not work).

ATI all-in-wonder. Or Hauppage WinTV-PVR. These are the mainstream ones and they work quite well. I have an Hauppage in one of my pcs. Works great. I`m going to install another in my blackbird. With 3tb storage, it should make for a decent PVR.
