How to connect 2 Sky HD boxes with one satellite dish?
-
i have 2 hd boxes one has 2 dish inputs at the back of the box as there should be. my new hd box only has one dish input on the back - so i cant use the record or playback features. i cant connect another dish input cable because i don't have one. i believe this cable should come from the satellite dish. how do i do this: would i have to buy a new dish or can i change the connector so it splits the wire to two of the boxes.

Answer:
You need to run another coax (or more), to the dish, so each tuner has its own coax. Your dish will need an LNBF which has enough outputs to support your tuners
