Why do i need a cable coming from my Comcast box going right back into it?
-
It is 'Rf in' and 'Rf to in'. I don't get half my channels because the 'Rf in' is messed up. It might be the cord but i don't know. I switched the cord and it still doesn't work. You have to tilt it a certain way to get channels like TNT but even sometimes it'll fail. I also get Ref Code: S0a00. If i only i didn't need that cord going right back into the box it would work. Sadly, when i take them both out i don't get any channels. I feel like it is unnecessary. I can not switch the box or cord because Comcast center is really far. There is an option under 'cable setup' that says 'Bypass RF' but it doesn't do anything. What on earth is this cord for and how can i remove it and still get all my channels?
