What channel channel do I put my tv on for U-Verse?

I just switched from DishNetwork to U-Verse, and in order to access Dish I always put my tv on channel 3. I accidentally changed the tv channel, so I scrolled through all 135 tv channels to no avail, and yes, my reciever was on. If you can please help, and please don't put rude answers.

If it is connected with RF, it will be on channel 3 or 4. Otherwise check the other inputs. How you do that varies by the set. Usually the remote has an A/V, Input, or Source button.
