Is there any way to get FOX channels outside the US?

I'm looking to get rid of my cable bill altogether as I only watch three or four channels and pay for hundreds?

  • I know about the services that work well through xbox and plan on using those on the tv in my living room that has an xbox. However, I have a tv on a mount in my kitchen that I like to watch the news on Fox or CNN but don't see the point of paying $75 a month for that "luxury". If anyone knows of any products I can buy that will get me access to basic cable channels and cable news, I'd appreciate any feedback. I'm not building an antenna out of a coffee can by the way. I have wi-fi and obviously will be keeping that but the cable bill is starting to annoy me. It just doesn't make sense anymore. Thanks guys!

    Just get a roof antenna and you should be able to get all your local channels, even in HD. www.antennaweb.org is a great site to find about what you need.
