i have a yellow rca port on the back of my computer (im pretty sure its video) its accompanied by an optical audio port.... i have no idea how to hook it up but i was wondering if it was possible to run my video from my computer to my tv through that port. i have an old tube tv thats using s-video at the moment.(the quality is verry bad and i just want to try something new)

Answer:
you should be able to do this but will need an s-video to composite adapter. and you will also need to run an audio cableof some sort if you want the sound to come out of it as well...
