Can I use universal remote on an old analogue tv?

Can i use a analogue arieal for my freeveiw tv ( its on my roof )?

  • Answer:

Yes. This is because ALL aerials are analogue. There is no such thing as a "digital" aerial - they do not exist (except in the minds of aerial salesman).

I can't see why not, my freeview recorder is plugged into a roof ariel that has been up there for at least 10 years.

Most existing aerials are good enough; some older ones need replacing.http://www.paras.org.uk/

Worth a try as if the signal is good it will work. If the signal is weak you may need another bigger aerial and maybe a signal booster.
