how can i stream say live movies or video from my computer online (so say like i can make a web link to the video file or movie file on my computer send it to a friend or what ever and watch they can also watch it) but running off my computer ( internet speed is fine )

Movies or TV, no. Copyright would limit that. The most you could do is send them a link to where the video is avalable from the copyright holder. For your own video, you can stream it over Ustream or justin.tv.
