What is the best TV tuner card now on the market?

Digital TV tuner cards available?

Does anyone know when a Digital TV tuner card will be available to the market. I know that if you buy a new computer, that it will included with it, but my computer didn't come with a tv tuner at all.

You can find TV Tuner Cards for any PC now. You do not need to wait until you buy a new PC to get one. Check out Ebay, I have purchased three so far, 2 for my desktop computers and one for my laptop.
