How to put a video file on to a disc?

Why can't i burn this video to a disc? Is there any way of resolving it?

  • Hi, I've recently been on holiday and had lots of videos from it. I put the all the videos together on "Windows Movie Maker" with music in it. I put the empty disc in, and clicked "Burn Now Playing". When i clicked "Start Burn" it immediately came up with a message saying: "It is not possible to burn this list of files because all of the files have errors or are missing burn rights. To learn more about the problems, click the icon next to each file in the burn list." (I clicked the help button but it didn't say anything about burn rights or anything) It is a wmv. file and its 481 MB the disc holds 79:57 (I don't know if that's minutes or what?) The video is 13:06 minutes long. Please help! Is there any way of resolving it? And when you answer please don't use too many 'computer terms' because I'm not very good with them!:D Thank you :) x
