Yes, you can do this. I have two Rokus with Netflix and I can watch one instant movie upstairs while my partner watches a different instant one downstairs at the same time. According to Netflix, the number of instant movies you can watch at the same time is equal to the number of DVDs you can have out at one time, according to your plan. But I'm not sure this is true anymore, because even we though we are on the cheapest 1 DVD at a time plan, we can watch two instant movies at the same time. P.S. Of course watching two movies at the same time uses twice as much bandwidth as one movie, so if your Internet isn't fast, it might mean your movies will pause to reload sometimes, or switch to a lower picture quality.

currently , netflix supports up to 6 stand alone devices per account. You will need to have plenty of bandwidth to support two HDTVs, at least 12mb down.
