How do I connect my DVD recorder to my Sky+ box?
-
I have connected my new DVD to my sky+ box in the recommended manor. I go to sky planner, select copy from the menu. It tells me to press record on my DVD, which I do and then press select. It then records the sky planner page and anything I do on it but will not record the selected program. If I start the program on the sky+ box and then press record on my DVD, it will record the picture, (not great quality) but not the sound. If I insert a prerecorded DVD it plays fine.... Good quality and sound. Do I have a connection wrong? Any help gratefully recieved... Thanks all

Answer:
swap/replace the scart lead, check 'RGB' is set in sky menu, if the dvd has 2 scarts, run the tv one from sky+ to it then dvd out to tv..
