I would like to watch itv channel islands whilst in scotland on sky+?

I know it is sometimes possible to add additional tv channels to your sk+ if you know the frequency etc.. i was wondering if anyone knew if it would be possible to add the "itv channel islands" whilst in scotland?

ITV Channel Islands signal on 10906 V. You have to add it by going to services and add channels. The symbol rate is 22000 and FEC is 5/6. It can only be accessed by going to services and selecting other channels.
