Can i record the things i've saved on my DVR onto a disc or something?

my DVR is full but i don't want to loose all the things i've saved on it. can i save it onto something else and if so how? Thanks!

Yes, by playing its analog A/V into a recorder that can accept that signal. That would be a DVD recorder, or a video capture card on your computer.
