Can I have both sky and cable on 1 tv?

Cable or sky which is best for tv in all rooms and wireless internet?

  • i'm moving house and want to have 4 tv's all with good picture and channnel choice and i want wireless internet. i currently run BT yahoo but think the emails a bit cumbersome and have sky tv basic package, but we can get virgin cable in the new house. i also want to record, is sky+ good, do virgin have anything better, and perhaps most importantly which is best value, how much will it cost, thanks

    i have Virgin Media (in Liverpool)and my experience is shocking both television and Internet regularly go off for no reason. Went for 18 hours several days ago with no Internet at all and the TV picture freezes on a daily basis. Virgin Media unhelpful they say everything is OK

I used to have sky, and moved over to cable (Virgin media) and its the best move i could have made, the customer relations at sky are atrocious, they treat you with contempt whenever you have to phone them, i always felt they were trying to screw as much out of me as they possibly could, me i'm really happy with Virgin Media.

I also had Sky and changed to NTL/Virgin. The picture quality is far superior.
