How to watch Dishnetwork free on 2nd TV ?

  • We have Dishnetwork. 1 TV in living room ( 1 receiver ) I have purchased a small TV in basement and wanted to watch Dishnetwork on the 2nd TV as well. I know we can get a 2nd receiver and do that. Dish would charge for that. 1) Any other easier way of watching Dish on 2nd TV ? I can watch the same program and channel what the 1st TV is viewing. I don't need a seperate receiver or remote. Whatever the living room TV is viewing if I can watch in 2nd TV I am fine. I tried using some wireless trasmitter from TV1 =>TV2 , the audio or signal gets distroted due to some wireless signal interferences in between some times. My whole junction box for dishnetwork is in basement.

    If you have a cable wire going downstairs, put a 2 way coax splitter on the RF output of the dish receiver. One leg to the main TV the second leg to the basement TV. You WILL see the same channel downstairs as you do on the main TV. The RF output signal of the dish receiver is strong enough to drive two TV sets.
