Which is better: ATT U-Verse or Cable?

Which is better? time warner cable or at&t uverse? thank you!?

  Uverse uses fiber optic which is much more stable and capable of carrying higher bandwidth. Fiber optic is a designated line for you and you only, just like DSL was. It's just more reliable and your speed doesn't depend how far you are from a central office. Cable on the other hand, can carry a good amount of bandwidth but is a shared line with your neighbors. E.g. if at one point in the day, you and several of your neighbors are online at the same time, you are all sharing that bandwidth and your internet speed will slow down. I would opt for Uverse
