How do I record from my Dish Network DVR to a VHS ?

I have alot of movies recorded to my DVR that I dont want to lose...All I have is a VCR....Some please tell me how to record these in human terms....PLEASE HELP

and as far as I know you need a recorder to do that. I think the one I has will ONLY record on tv programming. Look thru your users guide...if its possible it will be in there. You can also go to: www.satelliteguys.us I have a forum for everything. This forum covers everything DISH! If it can be done, they will help u thru it.
