How do I get Direct Tv in other rooms?

I have Direct TV in my living room, only. What do I do if I want direct tv in five other rooms? Do I just need to buy 5 receivers? Or is there something else I have to do in order to make this happen? For example, do I have to down grade or upgrade my direct tv package?
