What should i convert my dvd to?

i live in sydney and i just downloaded the rz dvd converter cause i heard that it was good to convert my mp4 vids to dvd. it doesnt exactly look easy to use but i just added one vid to try and its asking me what the target format is.iv got a typical dvd player and iwant to run some vids on it. the target format choices are: Dvd-NTSC Dvd-pal XVID-DVD-NTSC XVID-DVD-pal Divx-DVD-NTSC Divx-DVD-pal SVCD-NTSC SVCD-pal MPEG2-NTSC MPEG2-pal MPEG1-NTSC please tell me what to pick and if anyone has any expirence with rz dvd converter plz help!
