How to make my video stay HD after I edit it?

  • I bought a Camileo H30 full 1080p HD video camera. It came with this software where I can import my video and then upload it to youtube, it works out great, it comes out in 1080p hd. But the problem is that I can't edit the video first. I tried editing it in adobe premiere elements 9 and then uploading it, but it didn't come out in HD. How can I edit my video, and still keep it HD?
