How do you put cable in your room?

Can you unhook your cable box and put it in another room?

• i only have regualr cable like up to 70 sumthing but i wanna watch a movie in my room so would i be able to unhook the time warner box and hook it up to my tv? then after hook it back in the family room

  Does your time warner cable box have a cable from outside going into it? That's how my cable box works. It is no problem moving the cable box into your room, but unless your room already has the cable in it, you will have to move the cable as well. Your cable is probably buried in your yard, it comes into your house, most likely through the basement or crawl space. You would have to drill a hole in your bedroom floor or wall and redirect the cable.
