I live in Puerto Rico and do you think its cheaper buying a card in ebay?

And what do you think this card will do for you? It will not get you free or cheap Directv service, if that is your expectation. The receiver and the card have to be paired in the Directv computer system, else you will get nothing. This means there has to be a valid account and it has to be paid (just in case you think this card will allow you to get Directv without paying)
