If you have program codes can you use any universal remote control?

I have an off brand tv and i cant find any universal remote that says its compatible but i have the program codes can i still use the universal remote even if it doesnt say itll work?

Probably NOT. Get a Universal remote with a code search function, most have them, and use the search to find the code that works with your TV set.
