How do I get recorded shows on your computer?

Can i get my recorded dvr shows onto my computer?

• is there anyway to get shows from my recorded dvr list onto my computer, because theres only so mcuh memory it has and when i want to record something i have to go and delete something else, and i only record movies i love that i dont own.. so it really sucks when i have to go delete one.. so is there any way to do that?
