How to transfer DVR recordings to a Flash Drive/External Hard Drive?
-
Hi, I have a lot of recordings on my AT&T U-Verse DVR, and I really need to know if I can plug one into my USB Port on the front of the DVR, and copy all the events. - if so, how? Thanks :)

Answer:
Not with that port. The only way is to copy the A/V playing to a device which can record it.

The USB port is used for firmware updates or software installation..... yet we use DVD Recorders or get a video capture device yet that takes more time and effort
