How do you burn movies on a DVD?

How many divx movies can i burn in a 4.7gb blank dvd?

  • i burned 1 380mb divx movie on this dvd but it wont burn any more movies to my dvd i tried burning a 383 mb movie and it says insert blank dvd. How can i burn more than 1 movie to this dvd?? plzzz help

If you are burning it to play in an ordinary DVD player, it will close the session at the end so it can be played in an ordinary DVD player. You need to set up all your movies in a menu system and burn them at once. Read the manual for your DVD burning software. Also, if you are burning for an ordinary DVD player, you have to go by time and not MB. one4.7 gb DVD can hold just a little over 2 hours of video.

383 MB movie...you got so giffed girl, that's not even a full movie, movies are 1GB-1.5GB each.

i burn them as data on the dvd, so i can fit like 5 or 6 movies (around 700mb each)
