The easiest way would to be mail the dvd. Depending on the video size and format most email provider like yahoo or google mail do not allow files larger than 10mb. You could rar the fill. Look into that. You can slit up a fill into smaller pieces and recompile them at thier end.

U will have to use a dvd to mp4 converter program such as Handbrake which works on mac, pc and linux. Then possibly you might have to compress the video to be smaller than the file size limit your email company gives you. Also handbrake will convert commerical dvds (movies bought from the store)
