How to fix a Comcast Remote?

Does anyone know how to fix this Comcast problem?

  • I turn on my TV and Comcast DVR box and it says "One moment please . . . This channel should be available shortly." It's been like this for over a day on every channel. The really strange thing is I have another TV with a separate Comcast DVR box and that works fine. How is that possible?

    you have to call comcast and thell them your box is not working. tell them you have nother box in the house that is working and to mirror its programming. have to say that so they know what you are talking about. They will do the rest and i think its takes 24hrs and you will be up and running then. I had the same proble you did. hope this helps.
