Is it free to watch music videos on Comcast On Demand?

  • Is it free to watch music videos on Comcast On Demand? I've clicked on one of the videos to try it out, and when I went back to the video later to try again, there is a note saying "Rental time remaining: 1 hr 9 mins" What is that? Does it mean that watching music videos isn't free?

    Yes, except on Tuesdays. (jk) You have 1hr 9 min remaining before you would have to start over and reorder it. Just like on a free movie, you usually have a time limit to watch.

You can look at the screen and below the title it will say if it is free with subscription or if it costs money. Music videos are free, when you first watch it it says you rent it because when you buy things you rent them so it does it for all of the stuff. Watching videos is free though.

Yes it's free, but for some reason, Comcast puts a time limit on every on demand video. When the time limit runs out, just select the video again from the menu to start it over; it will still be free.
