How Can I Program My Comcast TV Remote?

I was just delivered a digital set-top box and transfer recievers from Comcast to switch to digital in my house. After setting up everything, I began to program all of the remotes. I programmed the remotes on 3 Tv's and and I was not able to program the remotes on the remaining 2. After forty-five minutes of trouble shooting and not being able to program the remotes, I decided to chat with someone. The analyst decided to go ahead and activate the service even though the other remotes weren't programmed. I couldn't get a picture and the analyst has already activated the devices twice and can't do it again. Every TV that I was able to program a remote for works fine. So how can I program the remaining remotes? I seem to have tried everything.
