6 remotes throughout the house. I use the Virgin Media one most. Nope, nobody argues. Me and my sister have our own tvs with cable in our rooms and my parents have the one downstairs so we all get to watch what we want to. The ability to change channels without moving :D I could, however live without it. It's not something that is a total necessary of life :]

probably 5 digital remote yes we always argue but I always win my remotes worst function is it gets lost all the time, especially when i want to change the chanel it doesn't have a best function because it can't turn the kids volume off why don't we have a remote to turn of the kids hey!!!!

6 sky remotes the one in my room :) Yeah only if one of them gets lost and someone wants to use mine. Changing the channel, AND volume!
