Is there a cable set up box?

Hi people. I need some help. Here is the deal. I've just cancelled my contract with Virgin Media and kept only my broadband connection (I cancelled the phone and the TV pack). However, I do not have an aerial here where I live and I have no access to the roof to install an aerial an pull all the cables and etc. So I wanted to know if there is a freeview box for cabled TV. I am NOT asking about hacked boxes. I want a freeview box for cable. And that is only because I have no other way to get a TV signal here. I called Virgin Media today and they said that they will send a guy here to collect my box and from then on I will have no TV at all. So if there is any box that will make possible watching just the free channels using the Virgin Media cables, it would be great. I am not bothered with those movie channels or National Geographic. Just BBC for me to watch Top Gear is enough. If there is such thing, please give me a name or a link so I can buy the thing. Thanks.

You cannot receive Freeview via cable for free. Freeview can only be received via an aerial. There is no other way. If you don't have an aerial and you don't wish to use paid cable or satellite services, you cannot receive any Freeview channels.
