Will these make my TiVo wireless (I currently use a phone jack)? The TiVo HD/HD-XL work only with the TiVo brand adapter. The first Series 3 only supports the TiVo brand adapter, but may work with some adapters that the Series 2 can work with. Series 2s can work with any adapter on the support list at tivo.com. Unfortunately they ceased drivers support for new adapters since they launched their own a few years ago, so it is highly unlikely any currently sold adapter, apart from the TiVo branded one, will work. Also, the TiVo brand adapter is the only one that supports WPA security.
