Why are my Netflix instant view videos not loading?

I'm using Netflix on a MacBook. I'm able to start playing any video, but it only loads for a few moments and then stops. I've already tried resetting my modem/router and clearing out my cache. There are absolutely no problems with any other site that I visit. Help?
