How do I connect a TV with built in Freeview to a DVD recorder so that I can record Freeview channels?

with the scart going from recorder to tv. your recorder will have av..scroll through it til you find the tv channel..just 1 downside, you can only tape what you watching otherwise it tapes when you turn over. bit like sky

its tricky, you have to set the tv av2/line2 scart output in menu's to 'freeview out' then you can only record with the tv on.. it will give you instructions in the manual

Plug the antenna lead in to the free view box and from the free view box to the DVD recorder with a scart lead. Then from your DVD recorder to your TV with another scart lead. Done.
