If I were to download an HD movie and put it on a 4.7GB DVD-R, would it play on my regular TV?
-
My TV isn't HD capable, just the average square TV. Plays regular DVDs just fine, just not Blu Ray. My question is, if the file I downloaded (Limitless.2011.UNRATED.480p.BRRip.XviD.… is supposedly Blu Ray (aka, HD), would it not work on my TV if I managed to fit the movie file on a regular 4.7GB DVD-R? Thanks.

Answer:
you could if the blu-ray movie was converted to xvid in the mpg or avi format...if the blu ray was ripped
