Why wont my skyplus remote work?

  • can anyone help my sky plus remote control wont work at time s i have changed the batteries i change the channels but can not turn up or down the sound can someone please help

    Hi, before you follow these instructions write down your tv make and model No, Select INTERACTIVE on your remote, then 1 SKY ACTIVE scroll to HELP CENTRE select, then scroll to SET UP MY SKY REMOTE select, from then on just follow the on-screen instructions, it is easy, really. ☺

after 1 week ours broke too,you can use the old remote if you have it,and phone sky and they will send you a new one if its only the sound its because you have to get the right codes for tv,if you phone sky they will help you
