Can i use a sky dish to watch HD free view box and sky TV,on the same dish. ?

Nope sorry donna a sky dish is just a satellite dish, it will work with freesat but not with freeview. There's no such thing as a "sky dish" thats like saying a "BT telephone line" or "Manweb electricity" Weve got an old skydish at our house and use it to get freesat. Sky rent space on satellites to broadcast their TV channels. Freesat comes from the same satellite so you shouldnt even need to point it in a different direction. The answer to the question is no. You cant pickup freeview on a satellite dish. You can pickup freesat and you could watch sky and freesat at the same time but youd need something called an LNB to enable this (if it was two different TVs at the same time). Wrong Donna. If your TV is High Definition ready, it only means that is capable of displaying High Definition Picture. A sky dish is sky only they don't let you pick up free view on it. Sorry i wasnt aware that sky did freesat anymore.
