How do I record My PS3 Gameplay with a TV and a DVD Recorder?

My TV: a 56 inch Toshiba 1080i HD. PS3: 80GB DVD Recorder: SV2000 DVD Player/Recorder With these, How can I transfer my gameplay of PS3 games and record them to a normal DVD using my PS3, Dvd Recorder and my TV?
Answer:

If your DVD recorder has HDMI in then you may be able to record in HD but more than likely, you will have to use the AV cable to plug your PS3 into the DVD recorder and use another AV cable to connect the DVD recorder to the TV. Make sure that the DVD recorder input is set to that of your PS3 and the TV input is set to that of the DVD recorder and hit record.
