How to add Subtitles to a video and how to burn it in dvd format?

  • Hey I got the video and the subtitles and what I need is to burn it to a dvd cd to watch it in my TV. I need to put the subtitles inside the video and the video burn it into a cd. I had done it before but I forgot what software I used Please if anyone knows about it I'll be thankful.
