The point is that, can you buy individual channels? I am not aware if you can. What you can buy is a ton of free-to-air channels. And that gives you good picture quality only if you have a fast Internet connection. Otherwise it may be no good. By fast I mean 1 mbps at the very least. The higher, the better.
